February 13, 2005 Hundreds of Bengali people of Toronto braved a very chilly sub zero temperature and gathered at City's Danforth-Victoria Avenue to express solidarity with your mother's clarion call. Toronto has never seen such a big silent demonstration by Bengali people in its history. A significant number of our ladies also took part in the event.
